Sweet And Sour Fish Sauce ( Prik Nam Plaa )
4 medium clove garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup fish sauce (Nam plaa)
1 tablespoon hot red chili or cayenne pepper flakes, crushed**
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup warm water
6 tablespoon fresh lime juice
**To make it authentic, you should use Thai Prik Kii Nuu (Mouse Shit Peppers)
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Serve at room temperature.
