Spicy Thai Vinaigrette
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger fresh, minced
3 tablespoon vinegar rice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper red, crushed
1/4 red onion chopped
1 mandarin orange (optional)
1 jicama raw, sliced, (optional)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over mixed lettuces, toss and serve.
