Spicy Garlic Shrimp
300 gm shrimp shelled
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon cilantro roots
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 tablespoon fish sauce
3/4 tablespoon maggi sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon chicken stock
2 tablespoon oil
1. Devein shrimp, rinse and drain.
2. Heat oil and stir-fry grill, pepper and cilantro root until fragment.
3. Add shrimp and stir-fry until color changes.
4. Add sauces and mix, then add water and bring to boil.
Serve immediately.
