Kluay Bwarchee


6 green bananas peeled, cut into rounds
1 cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon orange flower water optional
1/2 cup palm or brown sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.

2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.

NOTES:

You can substitute coconut milk "lite" for the coconut cream to reduce fat and calories. I never bothered to get the orange flower water and this tasted great anyway. It is very quick and the easiest thing I have ever made.
